John Mack

John Mack is a wetland ecologist and botanist with over a decade of intensive wetland and upland plant community sampling experience. He is the primary author of the Ohio Rapid Assessment Method for Wetlands v. 5.0 and the Vegetation Index of Biotic Integrity for Ohio Wetlands as well as many other technical reports and articles. He has researched the floristics and natural history of prairies of the Prairie Peninsula in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Iowa. He has taught hundreds of people wetland assessment methods and field botany and given lectures and workshops across the county on wetland assessment.
